The C100 connector is the bulkhead connector, and there is a fuse panel directly behind it. One of the Pink/Black wires shows to go to the 20 amp IGN/GAU fuse. Therefore, you should see 12 volts on that circuit 39 Pink/Black wire at the Alternator. I see why there is some confusion, as there seems to be 2 Pink/Black wires at the alternator terminal C by the schematic...with the Brown wire leading to terminal B.
