2002 Ford F250 super duty Diesel Fuse Box Diagram No Headlights Do you have a 12 volt test light or a volt/ohm meter to do some testing? turn on the lights and check fuses # XXXXX F2-46 and F2-47 in the central junction fuse box, need to know if there is voltage on both sides of the fuse, here is a diagram of the junction box. the power from the headlights runs through the multifunction switch before it gets to the fuses for the headlights, that last fuse you checked is before the switch, so we have power there just nothing out, here is the wiring diagram for the headlights, the problem is in the multifunction switch(Turn Signal switch), you will need to remove the steering column covers and inspect the harness connector to see if there are any wires pulled loose from the connector, if the harness is good then replace the switch, hope this helps.

From the schematic, these are supposed to go to the generator indicator light and gauge. These are both shorting to ground.The schematic shows these going to a C100 and then C200 connector See Below the schematic for the 94 Blazer with 4.3 L VIN W as the 8th digit of your vehicle Identification number. The C100 connector is the bulkhead connector, and there is a fuse panel directly behind it. One of the Pink/Black wires shows to go to the 20 amp IGN/GAU fuse. Therefore, you should see 12 volts on that circuit 39 Pink/Black wire at the Alternator. I see why there is some confusion, as there seems to be 2 Pink/Black wires at the alternator terminal C by the schematic...with the Brown wire leading to terminal B. The Brown wire from the alternator...
