2002 Ford F250 super duty Diesel Fuse Box Diagram No Headlights Do you have a 12 volt test light or a volt/ohm meter to do some testing? turn on the lights and check fuses # XXXXX F2-46 and F2-47 in the central junction fuse box, need to know if there is voltage on both sides of the fuse, here is a diagram of the junction box. the power from the headlights runs through the multifunction switch before it gets to the fuses for the headlights, that last fuse you checked is before the switch, so we have power there just nothing out, here is the wiring diagram for the headlights, the problem is in the multifunction switch(Turn Signal switch), you will need to remove the steering column covers and inspect the harness connector to see if there are any wires pulled loose from the connector, if the harness is good then replace the switch, hope this helps.

Interior lights power windows and rear wiper stopped working It appears that all these are on a single fuse. Locate the fuse box under dash near the steering column and remove the cover. A fuse diagram will be on the back side of this cover and will tell you which fuse to replace. Owners manual will tell you the same. These systems are controlled by the Generic Electronic Module (GEM), have a self test run on the system by Kragen, it is free, post codes here. but most likely the Module is defective, it is located on top of the fuse panel to the left of the steering column. I have 30 years as a Ford tech so I am pretty darn sure of this diagnose. This could be a combination of electrical issues, although i feel that the timing is coincidence in this case. Fuel Pump Not Working On 1996 Lincoln Town Car 96 lincoln have no power to the fuel pump How are you checking for power at the fuel pump relay? Test light or digital meter? There are two power points on th fuel pump relay when you turn the key on. Below is a diagram of the relay pocket with the relay removed. Check for power on 86 and 30. 30 should have constant power and 86 will only have power with the key turned on. Below is the relay centre. Make sure you are on the fuel pump relay first. Fuel pump controlling fuse. Check fuses "N" and "T" for power on both sides of the fuse with the key turned on. If you have power on the fuses, you should have power at the relays. The fuses are wired to the relays. The wiring is under the fuse box and relay center box. Since you have power on the fuses and no power on the relays, the wiring is the problem. The relay gets its power from the PCM relay and the F2-14 fuse in the interior fuse panel. That is the correct fuse F2-14. If all fuses and relay checks out ok then you need to check the wiring. Here is the wiring diagram Start at the clutch relay and see if you have key on power in on the orang/black and the red/yellow wire as well as a ground from the PCM on the orange/black.  If you have power on both power wires and a good ground from the PCM then the clutch should run and if your sure there is no power at it, then you have an open in the wire from the relay to the clutch.
