Lincoln Town Car Airsuspension Fuse And Relay

Where is Air Suspension Fuse Located On Lincoln Town Car

1997 Lincoln Town Car air suspension  quit working

What causes the air suspension to quit working on my 1997 Lincoln Town Car?
Shortly after the suspension quit working, it would not longer start.

Your air suspension could fail to work for many reason.
The most common reasons are:
1) Faulty height position sensor ( could get disengaged from its mounting ball stud)
2) Faulty air compressor ( pretty common)
3) Faulty air spring
4) A blown fuse, relay or wiring issue
5) Air lines damaged/pinched/kinked
Concerning your starting issue, could you specify if your starter engages and turn over the engine when your turn the key to the start position?

The air suspension gets its air from the air compressor that is located in the LH front lower corner of the car. It is located just under the air filter housing.
The compressor is actuated by the air suspension relay that in turn is controlled by the air suspension control module. Both the relay and fuse are located in the power distribution center(fuse box) which is located under the hood, on the RH side of the engine compartment.
The air suspension system is supposed to be diagnosed with a diagnostic scanner and without such a tool you can just check the fuse, relay and visually inspect other components such as : height sensor( near the rear axle), compressor ( mentioned above).
